We used to be rich and now we’re nearly impoverished.

My husband used to be a big wheel in a gigantic tool and die shop in the rust belt. We were frickin’ ROLLING in it! Now, several years later, the house is mortgaged to the hilt and can’t be sold as its market value isn’t even half of what it was a year ago and we’re living on what’s left of his 401K. In six months to a year we literally will be homeless. His business has resituated itself to China, but before it did that it was in Mexico.

It sucks.
